Sustain the Director of Planning’s Determination to conditionally approve a 70%
increase in density consistent with the provisions of the Transit Oriented Communities
Affordable Housing Incentive Program for a Tier 3 project
Adopt the Director of Planning’s Conditions of Approval and Findings.
Determine the project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines,
Section 15332, Class 32.
